I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were peaceful, allowing me to keep the window open all night without any disturbance. The only downside was that it was a bit cold. The communal areas had a fantastic atmosphere, creating a pleasant environment overall.

Staying at the hotel offers a near-perfect experience with spacious rooms providing a nice view of the river Spree at an attractive price point, though there were issues with room cleaning and fresh towels not being provided during our stay.

The price for the rooms at penta hotels is a great deal for what you get. The rooms are just like the photos, and they even had a nice view of the river. However, cleaning services were not listed, which was a minor downside.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with all necessary comforts, albeit quite basic compared to other options. The service, though provided by young and helpful staff, was not up to my expectations, making my stay stressful. The location, while not at downtown Berlin, is great for exploring the southern lakes and convenient for Schoenefeld airport. The dining experience was somewhat expensive for what was offered, and the buffet had limited choices. On the positive side, the hotel features a nice bar, a pool table, and charming decor.
